At Pink Teinte we work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at great quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design simply exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.

The Exchange process

At this moment we do not have a return or refund policy. Although we strive to keep you happy at all times, however, if in case you’re not satisfied with your purchase and want to exchange the product(s), our easy 7 days Exchange Policy will guide you through the process.
Please contact our care team within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
1. Order number
2. Delivery address
3. Specify the reason for exchange and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
You may contact us via email at info.thepinkteinte@gmail.com or call our customer care at +91 9354760791 from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 72 working hours, The return of the garment will be the customer’s responsibility and any charges would have to be borne by the customer. However, the sending back of the piece will be our responsibility & the cost will be borne by us. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags and packaging are intact.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE
• Please note that size exchanges will not be possible if the product is purchased during a period of special pricing or during sales.
• Customised Items

Replacements will be offered based on the availability of the product. If we don’t have the replacement product, we’ll be happy to offer you another product of the same /higher value.
 
Cancellation Policy
Once the order is processed, no cancellation request will be entertained.
The Pink Teinte reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you.

 

Why my exchange is not accepted?

We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

  • Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
  • 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
  • Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
  • All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
  • No exchange or return for Accessories.
  • The customers might have to send the product themselves to our warehouse in case of unavailability of pickup in your area or for urgent orders.
